Sarah Gets Navy Scholarship and Commission

Well, we've got another Dooley in the service. Sarah received a letter on January 8 starting with:  "Congratulations! Navy Recruiting Command takes pleasure in notifying you of your selection for appointment in the Health Professions Scholarship Program." She accepted her  commission in the U.S Naval Reserve at the Sea Cadets drill on 1/17/08. The Navy will pay all her medical school expenses and a living stipend, and, upon graduation, she will serve on active duty as a Navy physician for at least 5 years.
