James & Crystal's Wedding

I'm writing this 12 days after the wedding. What a whirlwind May it was, capped off by such a beautiful ceremony. I don't know if there was a dry eye in the place -- I couldn't tell because I was looking thru MY tears! I've put a selection of photos below, almost all from the camera of James' friend from Aurora, Mike Wagner. Thanks, Mike!

The professionals from Cunningham Photography did an OUTSTANDING job, and we're really looking forward to seeing their results. They said they should be ready about 2-3 weeks after the wedding -- so should be pretty soon!

The whole weekend was fantastic. Crystal's entire family (Bill & Carol Hudak, Gramma Sheridan, and all the rest) were extremely nice and our families seem a great mix. (Scary, huh?) From the Dooley/Wilson side, it was so nice to see the Whites, Kimbers, Jim & Martha, and of course we couldn't have held the wedding without Gramma Wilson and the Ritters (Anne's sister Jane was HER matron of honor, Jane's husband Malc was MY best man, and Matthew and Scotty were groomsmen for James). A special highlight for me was my Aunt Marge from Redding, California joining the honored elders as the Dooley family matriarch, and my cousin Valera, who made the long trip to be with us. We also appreciated Sarah's boyfriend Jon who came from Illinois and her close friend Londyn from Colorado, both of whom came early in the week and helped with all the cleaning and preparations. And making the day special for James was the presence of his best friend from Aurora, Devin, and another good friend, Bob, who made a pretty good "pastor" for the rehearsal. (I think there was something else about the day that James found special)

For all of you who I didn't specifically mention, we were honored to have you here as well. I don't have the guestbook to look at, and my brain was so drained by the whole proud dad bit for graduation and the wedding, that I'm lucky to remember my own name at this point.

Come to think of it, who am I?

Anyway, enjoy the pictures in the gallery (link below).
